My core expertise is research design and data analysis based on the collection of primary data, i.e. data that is generated by asking questions and having customers, consumers or members of the general public answer.
Organizations have access to many other types of data that they use in monitoring their performance and in strategic decision making. Having worked with a wide variety of clients, I know how to use primary research most effectively, both in data-rich environments as well as in data-poor contexts.
I have designed and executed complex and highly specialized studies both globally and locally. I am fluent in English, German and Russian, with a working knowledge of French. I have lived and worked across multiple countries. My research network spans over continents and major markets. I hold an MA and PhD in cultural anthropology. I deliver thorough analysis with clear recommendations.
